Property owners, rental agents, and residents of Sonoma and Marin County are invited to post their rental vacancies free of charge. All postings must comply with the Fair Housing Act and local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

The Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) does not approve, inspect, supervise, or warranty the premises described and is not affiliated with the service. SRJC shall not be deemed to be a party to, and shall have no ability, responsibility, or obligation to enforce, any agreement. 

SRJC is not affiliated with "housing postings" and shall not be responsible for any harm, loss or damage suffered or incurred by any individual or entity arising out of, or relating to, the listings and any resulting agreements.
